Project Proposal
The proposal outlines Xenogene's approach to the project and agreements made between the client and Xenogene. It includes:

• A review of the vision of the site, its challenges and opportunities

• Assumptions and contingencies upon which the project plan is based

Product Specification
The product specification is a comprehensive blueprint of the site. It includes:
• Executive summary of site goals and objectives relative to the business model
• Audience and competitor analysis
• Marketing requirements including messaging and tone
• Information Architecture - the site's structure and flow from a user perspective. This includes a page inventory, feature inventory and detailed
site map.
• Complete Task Analysis includes definitions of your site's mission-critical functions and flowcharts depicting exactly how the user accomplishes them.
• Site Condition Inventory details how your site behaves for certain types of users in different situations. For example, a single page may need perform
multiple functions depending on user recognition and/or administrative
rights.
• Design presentation including color palette, elements, graphics and logo treatments
Production Center Website
The production center website maps out all facets of the design. This is the "how to" guide for page builders and engineers and is a valuable resource for all parties involved in site implementation. Click here for an example. The production center includes:
• HTML page mock ups
• Style guides outlining color, font and size requirements for all design elements
• Detailed guides to all design elements such as site navigation, headers, and features
Project Review
The project review provides a thorough debriefing of the project and recommendations for next steps. It includes:
